Pricing
Seat plus proxy-minutes. We only get paid when presence actually got delivered.
This is proposed beta pricing, not currently for sale. The intended meter ties revenue to minutes MIRA genuinely sat, not seats someone forgot to cancel. At an illustrative hourly value of $100–$300, five hours back a week frames the proposed $99 price; the low-rating credit is also a policy target, not an active guarantee.

What you're actually paying for
Four promises that arrive with the plan, not as an upsell.
Delegation that comes back as a decision
Every “I'll check with her” becomes a tracked, one-tap decision item with the verbatim ask attached. A decision arriving pre-chewed, instead of a meeting arriving unprepared — it sits at the centre of every paid plan rather than behind an add-on.
If the other side hated it, you don't pay for it
A proxied meeting rated 2/5 or below by the counterpart is credited back in full, capped at 20% of an account's monthly minutes. We price our own confidence. Nobody else in this category invoices on the other side's happiness, which tells you something about the other side's happiness.
Article 50 readiness is a launch gate
Jurisdiction-aware disclosure scripts, consent capture, machine-readable audio marking, DPIA template, and audit export. An Enterprise line item that competitors have to rebuild their products to offer, because their products were designed to be unnoticed.
Verticals as add-ons, $29–$99/mo
Clinic intake, agency inbound, and partner-authored packs mount on the same core: question banks, rubrics, register presets, boundary policies, digest templates, and consent text. Packs can only tighten the firewall floors — never loosen them, at any price.
Proxy-minutes
A minute is a minute MIRA was actually in the room, speaking as you.
Waiting rooms don't count. Meetings nobody joined don't count. Dispatches that failed to admit don't count — and they page us, because an invisible proxy that silently no-shows is a fireable offence.
| Plan | Included | Overage | Concurrency | Per-meeting cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First Chair | 60 min/mo | hard cap | 1 | 60 min |
| Pro | 300 min/mo | $0.35/min | 2 | 60 min |
| Team | 400 min/seat, pooled | $0.30/min | 4 per seat | 90 min |
| Enterprise | 10,000 min pooled | $0.20/min | custom | 90 min + |
Burst: one extra concurrent session for up to 10 minutes, on every paid plan, to absorb calendar collisions. Abuse guard: proxies may not call proxies — bot-loop detection is a hard block — and there is no outbound cold-calling mode at all. Not rate limits: disclosure and consent gates are hard gates at every tier, including free. They are not a feature you can buy your way past.

status.mira.alz47.comCan I turn disclosure off for one sensitive meeting?
No. Not for one meeting, not on Enterprise, not for a customer we'd like to have. Disclosure is non-configurable, the display name is locked, and an automated verifier checks every transcript. If you need a meeting nobody knows is proxied, we are the wrong vendor and we'd rather say that now.
What happens when someone tries to close a deal with my proxy?
The Commitment Firewall vetoes the sentence before it becomes audio, MIRA deflects in your register, and a Handback item lands in your ledger with the verbatim ask. You approve, decline, reply, or take the meeting yourself — in one tap. Our terms state that proxy outputs are non-binding explorations, and the ledger is the only channel through which a decision exists.
Does MIRA use my voice?
By default, no — it uses a distinct MIRA voice that is clearly not you. A cloned voice is opt-in on Pro and above, behind a recorded consent phrase plus an identity check, watermarked, and inseparable from disclosure.
Can I see and delete what it believes about me?
The prototype demonstrates the intended item-level provenance and deletion workflow. Production release requires verified key destruction, primary/provider purge tracking, backup expiry, and an evidence-backed certificate; the 24-hour and 35-day figures are design targets, not current service guarantees.
What does it learn from, and does it learn from the other people in my meetings?
It learns from your speech and your writing only. Other participants are conversational context that is never attributed to you or absorbed into your profile — enforced by per-participant audio separation where the platform supports it and voice-embedding matching everywhere else, with weekly contamination checks.
Do you support EU meetings?
Waitlist only until the Article 50 pack ships, targeted for November 2026. We would rather open late than open non-compliant on the enforcement date — the compliance posture is the product, so shipping it broken would be shipping the product broken.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — two months free on annual, available on Pro and Team. Enterprise agreements are annual by default and include the compliance pack, BYOK, and audit export.
